ESTABLISH

A proprietary seed coating designed to promote better stand establishment through fungicide treatment and nutrient packages.

why our seed is coated

The primary purpose of seed coating is to ensure maximum germination, particularly under suboptimal conditions, and to provide essential nutrients for early growth post-germination.

Pure seeds tend to have a lower germination rate, requiring a higher quantity to achieve the same germination count as coated seeds.

Our objective is to offer a product that gives the average consumer a distinct advantage in establishing a successful plot.

ESSENTIAL

A proprietary seed coating designed to lock in moisture normally lost to evaporation and release it back to the seed during the germination process.

WHO WE ARE

How much fertilizer do I need to use?

Utilize 100 lbs. per 1/4 acre of 19-19-19 for Switchgrass and PlotScreen. Utilize 40 lbs. per 1/4 acre of 19-19-19 for Brassicas, Wintergreens and Turnips. For Clover, use 100 lbs. per acre of 0-20-20.

LIME: 1000lbs per 1/4 acre IF PH LEVELS ARE <4.5 or as recommended by your soil sample

How do I prepare the seed bed?

Spray overgrown plots with Glyphosate 2-3 weeks prior to your planned discing date. Utilize a disc, chain rake or any means available to disturb the soil. This will provide ample seed-to-soil contact, resulting in optimal germination.
